Questions
& Answers
Q: I cannot
afford to spend that much money on a beauty product.
A: The Lift Petite home maintenance programme contains
ten salon style treatment so it is really superb
value. The cost of a single at home treatment may
be far less than the cost of many of the anti-wrinkle
creams available on the market.
Q: What happens when I stop using it –
I am worried my face will get worse.
A: The Lift works by gently exercising your facial
muscles, stimulating circulation and increasing
blood supply to help restore muscle tone and improve
the elasticity of your skin. The tightening and
lifting action firms the face, softening lines and
wrinkles. This can be likened to taking your body
for a workout at the gym, each time you exercise
your body begins to look toned and much firmer with
more definition. However if you stop exercising
you will slowly go back to how you were before.
The Lift works in much the same way.
Q: How does The Lift work?
A: The Lift is applied as a facial mask which sets
in 8 minutes resulting in an isometric action causing
the facial muscles to contract and relax and stimulate
the blood supply. For a more toned, firmer lift
it is quite safe to leave for up to 30 minutes.
Q: Are there are contraindications?
A: No. The Lift non surgical face lift has no known
contraindications. If you have broken skin, recent
scar tissue, allergies or undergone a chemical peel
it is always best to exercise caution. In a recent
study research showed that 100% of the people tested
did not experience any irritation or adverse reaction.
Q: How long does the effect of The Lift
last?
A: 5-7 days. However, regular applications will
maintain the lifting effect.
Q: How often can The Lift be applied?
A: For optimum results your should apply 2-3 times
in the first week, and thereafter once or twice
weekly depending on your skin type to help maintain
the effects. However, as The Lift does not contain
any harmful stripping agents such as AHA’s
(alphy hydroxy acids) it is quite safe to use as
often as you would like.
Q: Is The Lift safe to use around the eye
area?
A: Yes, but do NOT use on the eyelid.
Q: Does The Lift dry out the skin?
A: No. The Lift finishing crème (which is
applied after removing the mask) ensures the skin's
natural ph balance is maintained.
Q: Is The Lift safe to use on broken capillaries?
A: Yes. The Lift finishing crème contains
calendula extract, which is soothing and calming
when applied topically and is excellent for treating
broken capillaries.
Q: What is the shelf life of The Lift?
A: There is no shelf life, as each component of
the treatment is packaged separately and does not
become active until mixed.
Q: Can The Lift be used during pregnancy?
A: The ingredients contained in The Lift are all
natural and non-toxic substances. However, it is
always wise to get full approval from your doctor.
Q: Can I use The Lift if I am using Retin-A
or Retinova?
A: Yes. The Lift contains natural ingredients and
it will not harm or penetrate the epidermis. Retin-A
may make the skin more sensitive, so it is advisable
that The Lift be used in the morning and Retin-A
at night (due to sun sensitivity).
